Is the price worth it? Or do you feel that this is over-priced? What about looking at this from the side of the advertisers? It's their job to reach out to the people to sell their product - do you think that this will be a hit for advertisers who rely on this medium? Or do you think they will be fine on their own? Tell me what you think about an ad-free option for our digital outlets.

I heard that YouTube is coming out with a new application called "YouTube Red". YouTube Red is an app where you can watch videos without seeing ads (because everyone hates ads), see new videos or shows with famous YouTubers like PrankvsPrank, PewDiePie, and a new show from IISuperwomanII called "Unicorn Island". Another feature that comes with Youtube Red is that you can watch videos offline or play music while you use another application at the same time (which everyone was asking for).

YouTube was not the first one to use these features. Other companies such as; Spotify, Soundcloud, Netflix or Apple Music have done those things, now it will become a competition between those companies. Recently YouTube created a place just for gamers called"YouTube Gaming" just for people who live stream daily or weekly and so it is easier to watch your favorite games in one-click. YouTube Gaming has to compete with Twitch which does the same thing and were one of the first game-streaming websites and is still popular.

Now back to YouTube Red. The new ad-free streaming service will be $10.00, same price as Netflix. I think that is a good price for YouTube Red because of the features it has. I don't think advertisers would be mad or lose money from this because the regular YouTube with ads still exists so they can still advertise their products or websites there. If ad-blocker didn't exist, then I would buy YouTube Red.
